A summer kids’ event (Vacation Bible School) called "High Seas Expedition" will be hosted at The Bridgton Alliance Church, 368 Harrison Road, Bridgton, from Monday evening July 26 through Friday evening July 30. Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, dig into yummy treats, experience electrifying Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s Word, and create Bible Point crafts they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with an exciting Finale—a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special time at approximately 8:15 p.m.
VBS is for kids from age four to grade six and will run from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each day. For more information, call the church at 647-2027 between 9 a.m. and 12 noon Monday through Friday to register your children for this awesome Bible-learning adventure. You may also register on the first night.
So mark these dates on your calendar: Monday, July 26, 2010 through Friday, July 30, 2010 with a special closing program during the 9:00 a.m. Morning Service on Sunday, August 1, 2010.
