From September 24-26, the Moose River Outpost in Jackman, Maine will be hosting a Women's Retreat with speaker Helen Cunningham. Since 2005, Moose River Outpost has been acting as a Christian Adventure Center providing summer youth camping and seasonal retreating and conferencing for a variety of Christain groups. Saturday, September 25th at 8:30 a.m. will be our third annual Rise Up and Walk For Hunger. This six mile walk follows a moderate loop starting and ending at the Bridgton Alliance Church. Funds raised through individual and team sponsorships will support our local food pantries through the Good Shepherd Food Bank. A gift of $10 to the Good Shepherd Food Bank provides 48 meals!
